摘要
本文根据 Personick 光接收机理论,进行了进一步的探讨.经过理论推导得出了雪崩光电检测器(APD)的最佳倍增增益.同时,采用了较为精确的过剩噪声系数表达式,给出了灵敏度与暗电流的关系曲线.
In the paper we carry out deeply research based Personick's optical receiver theory.After theoratical analysis optimum avalanche gain of avalanche photodetector is presented.In the meanwhile,with using more accurate expres- sion of the avalanche excess noise factor,we give a relation schema between sensitivity and dark current.
