摘要
本文讨论了随机写顺序读型存储器模块的故障诊断,分析了这类存储器的故障模型,提出了其地址系统故障诊断的新方法,详细介绍了算法原理及其实现.以本文算法为基础的为程控交换机中多种控制存储器设计的诊断程序已交付使用.
In this paper,fault diagnosis of memories to which the data is written randomly by CPU and read sequentially by hardware logic,using a counter synchronized to the system,is studied.Fault models for this type of memory are described.A new approach to diagnosing the address system of this memories is presented,and the algorithm philosophy and its application are explained in some detail.The diagnosis programs based on the approach given here for several memories in-SPC switching system have been used.
