摘要
连续检查超声心动图5936例,检出原发性二尖瓣脱垂98例,检出率1.7％。男女比例1:1.3,20～39岁组发生率最高。随着年龄增长,二尖瓣脱垂的发生率下降,男性比例上升,脱垂程度加重,并发症增多。二尖瓣关闭不全,左室增大,心力衰竭和感染性心内膜炎等并发症均发生在中重度二尖瓣脱垂,而收缩期喀喇音以轻度脱垂为多。
5936 cases of echoeardiographic examination, were performed for consecutive investigation. 98 cases of idiopathic mitral valve prolapse (MVP) were detected. The detective rate of MVP was 1.7％. Male and female were in the ratio of 1: 1.3. 48.9％ of the patients were in age group of 20～39. The mild, moderate and severe MVP covered 47, 28 and 23 cases respectively. In the group of mild prolapse, 74.5％ of patients aged under 40. In the group of severe prolapse, 69.6％ were above 40. The incidences of complications of MVP were as follows: mitral regurgitation 70.5％, left ventricular enlargement 19.6％, congestive heart failure 58.8％ and infective endocarditis 5.9％. All these complications oecured in patients with moderate and severe MVP. The incidences of complications of MVP in the patients aged above 40 were higher than these in the patients aged under 40.
