摘要
从中医护理角度认清失眠及肿瘤热的临床表现及其对肿瘤病人的危害,失眠是恶性肿瘤患者的常见症状,采用中医护理可以改善患者对镇静催眠药物的依赖;肿瘤性发热并不是由肿瘤直接引起,而是肿瘤的全身效应,从广义上讲也是一种副瘤综合征。采用中医理论指导护理措施,解决肿瘤病人因副瘤综合征带来的生存质量下降的护理问题。
We sought to recognize the clinical features of insomnia and tumor fever together with their harms to cancer patients. TCM nursing can decrease the dependence of cancer patients on sedative and hyp- notic drugs in treating insomnia and tumor fever. Tumor fever is a general outcome rather than local effect in- duced by tumor itself, hence, in other words, it is a kind of paraneoplastic syndrome. This study is aimed to investigate the efficacy of TCM nursing in improving poor quality of life of cancer patients resulted from parane- oplastic syndrome.
