摘要
报道鼠伤寒沙门氏菌肠炎住院患者176例的临床分析。临床特点是:(1)全年都有发病,以夏季最多见(占55.1％);(2)本病多见于小儿(占59.7％);(3)临床表现较重,发热、呕吐、腹痛、里急后重、腹泻分别为83.0％、18.8％,38.1％、15.3％和100.0％。
This paper presents a clinical analysis of 176 cases of salmonella typhimurium enteritis admitted to the hospital. The clinical characteris tics of salmonella typhimurium enteritis included: (1) these cases were distributed throu ghout the year, but preponderantly in summer (55.1％); (2) the salmonella typhimurium. enteritis occurred most commonly in children; (3) the clinical manifestations were severe and the occurrences of various symptoms and signs. in the patients were as follow: fever 83.0％, vomiting 18.8％, abdominalgia 38.1％, tenesmus. 15.3％, diarrhea 100％.
