摘要
采用反相液相色谱法对环境水体中4种氨基苯磺酸类污染物进行分离分析。方法回收率在93.3%~97.5%之间,相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.4%。邻氨基苯磺酸、间氨基苯磺酸、对氨基苯磺酸和2,5-二氨基苯磺酸的方法检出限分别为0.5,0.5,0.2,0.8 mg/kg。该方法可以实现环境水体中氨基苯磺酸类污染物的准确定量。
Four kinds of subfanilic acid substances in environmental water were separated and analyzed by reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Their recoveries range from 93.3% to 97.5% with the relative standard deviations of 1.1% -2. 4%. The detection limits of aniline-2-sulfonic acid,metanilic acid, sulfanilic acid and 1,4-phenylenediamine-2-sulfonic acid were 0.5,0.5,0. 2 ,and 0.8 mg/kg, respectively. The developed method is simple and fast, and it can be used to detect sulfanilic acid substances in environmental water.
