摘要
本文报告了39例滑膜肉瘤的组织形态观察,并与胎儿的滑膜组织进行了比较,在组织结构上有一定的相似性都有裂隙存在,它是滑膜肉瘤最基本的组织形态。典型的滑膜肉瘤可以出现细胞双相分化,部分肿瘤以梭形、短梭形细胞为主,缺乏明确的双相结构。
Histological observations of 39 cases of synovial sarcomas are presented and compared with the synovial tissue of fetal knee joints. We. find that there are some resemblances between them in histological appearances, The spaces, lined by tumour cells, are found in all cases. This. characteristic architexture of synovial sarcoma is significant for the pathological diagnosis. The appearanees of biphasic form of tumour cells can not be seen in approximately 50％ of caces It is suggested that synovial sarcomas criginate from synovial membranes, as well as other mesenchymal tissue, so some synovial sarcomas arise at a distance from joint.
