摘要协作性公共管理已成为当代社会公共事务治理的新范式。厘清其理论基础有助于廓清协作性公共管理的理论主张,推进协作性公共管理实践的发展。公共价值理论、协同理论、网络化治理理论、整体政府理论以及无缝隙政府理论等在多学科联系的基础上形成的重要理论为协作性公共管理奠定了坚实的理论基础。 Collaborative public management has become a newly normal model to deal with social public affairs in contemporary society.Clarifying its rationale can help to make clear the theoretical standpoint of the collaborative public management,and propel the development of its practice.Based on the multidisciplinary theoretical bases such as public value theory,collaborative theory,network management theory,Holistic Government theory and Seamless Government theory and so on,those theories have laid a stable theoretical foundation for the collaborative public management.
