摘要
党的十八大提出,要着力解决收入分配差距问题,使发展成果更多更公平地惠及全体人民。库兹涅茨倒U型曲线理论说明一个国家的国民收入差距会出现一个从扩大到收敛的过程,本文通过分析我国居民收入差距不断扩大的现状,说明由于劳动力市场分割,市场机制不健全,我国目前所处经济发展阶段等因素决定了我国的国民收入差距现状,而且正处于一个扩大的时期。通过劳动力市场改革,加强国民收入二次分配,提高中等收入者比重,有助于提高收入分配的公平和效率。
The report of the 18th Congress of CPC states that the government should make efforts to solve the problem of distribution gap in national income and let all the people benefit from the fruits of development widely and justly.The theory of Kuznets Inverse U Curve explains that a country＇s income gap may experience a process from expansion to constriction.Through the analysis of the current situation that China＇s national income gap keeps expanding,this paper tries to point out that the labor market segmentation,the defective market mechanism,the current situation of China＇s economic development and many other elements simultaneously cause the current situation of national income gap,which is still in the process of expanding.The solutions,including the reform of labor market,the quadratic distribution of the national income,and the increase of the percentage of middle income group,may help to improve justice and efficiency of income distribution and avoid the middle income trap appeared in Latin American countries.
