摘要
本文报告22例腰椎滑脱行植骨融合术,17例采用改良“H”形植骨融合,无融合失败。22例中14例未行椎板减压,其中6例有坐骨神经痛,术后5例完全消失。讨论了体位性腰椎管狭窄是引起腰痛和坐骨神经痛的主要原因。不行椎板减压,单纯融合是治疗腰椎滑脱的有效方法之一。
Treatment of vertebral spondylolisthesis by fusion with grafting in 22 cases are reported. Modified H-Type fusion with bone grafting was perfomed in 17 cases, and the follow-up results were very satisfactory, There were no failures of fusion. 14 out of 22 cases treated without decompression of vertebral plate removed. 6 cases of them had sciatica. After operation, 5 cases were symptom free and one was improved. Authors emphasized that postural stenosis of vertebral lumen is a main cause of back pain and sciatica. simple fusion without decompreesion is one of the effective methods to cure lumbar vertebral spondylolisthesis. If a firm fusion could be achieved, stability of the spondylolisthesis would be established, the back pain and sciatica will be disappeared.
