摘要
本文报告银屑灵(Tigason)治疗银屑病和严重角化皮肤病18例,其中银屑病13例(银屑病型红皮病1例,全身脓疱型银屑病1例,斑块型银屑病3例,掌蹠脓疱型银屑病8例);毛发红糠疹4例;寻常鱼鳞病1例,治疗剂量0.75mg·kg^(-1)/日,治疗效果为痊愈或基本痊愈12例(66.7%),显效4例(22.2%),有效2例(11.1%),总有效率100%。最常见的副作用是日、唇、眼干燥,但副作用一般是能耐受的。
The therapeutic effects of tigason in the treatment of 18 cases of psoriasis and severe disorders of keratinization are reported. There were 13 cases of psoriasis (1 case of erythroderma psoriaticum, 1 case of generalized pustular psoriasis, 3 cases of plaque psoriasis, 8 cases of pustular psoriasis of palms and soles); 4 cases of pityriasis rubra pilaris and 1 case of severe ichthyosis vulgaris received tigason treatment and the therapeutic dosage of tigason was 0.75 mg·kg^(-1)/day, The results of treatment were complete improvement in 12 cases (66.7%), significant improvement in 4 cases (22.2%) and moderate improvement in 2 cases (11.1%).The most common side effects were dryness of the lip, mouth and eyes and the side effects were tolarable in general.
