摘要
多器官功能衰竭(MSOF)临床上并不少见。多发生在创伤及术后(占62.5％),感染在MSOF的发生、发展中起重要作用。一旦确诊,死亡率较高(41.7％)。识别MSOF之早期征象,尽早采取抗感染及引流措施、应用机械通气等一系列综合治疗以打断MSOF之连锁反应,是抢救成功的关键。
Multiple System Organ Failure (MSOF)is not uncommon. In this series, MSOF occurred mainly (62.5%) in the postoperative and posttraumatie patients. Infection plays an important role in the developing of MSOF. The mortality is rather high (41.7%) Recognizing the early signs and taking the combined therapy especially antiinfection, abscess drainage and applying machanical ventilation to interrupt the chain reaction of MSOF at the early stage are the keys for rescuring MSOF patients.
