摘要
目的探讨发酵支原体(Mf)和梨支原体(Mpi)感染小鼠胸腺细胞Fas/FasL表达与多器官损伤相关性。了只清洁级ICR小鼠,分实验组24只(免疫抑制Mf、Mpi感染组)及对照组31只(非免疫抑制Mf感染和NS组)。感染组分别月03mlMf和Mpi标准菌株(6×10s8-9/ml),NS组注入相同量09%氯化钠注射液。计算各组小鼠死亡率,取其血清进行支原体再疫组化法分析小鼠胸腺细胞Fas/FasL的表达,电镜观察死亡小鼠心、肺、肝和肾的超微结构变化。结果实验组小鼠在感;后100%死亡(24/24),与非免疫抑制Mf感染对照组比较有统计学差异(P〈0.01)。胸腺细胞Fas/FasL高表达与心、肝、肺和肾官损伤相一致。结论Mf或Mpi感染小鼠胸腺细胞Fas/FasL高表达与心、肺、肝和肾多器官损伤相关。
Objective TO investigate expression of Fas/FasL in thymocytes and its relation with multiple organ damage in mice lethally infected by Mycoplasma fermentans (Mf) and Mycoplasma pirum (Mpi). Methods 55 ICR mice were randomly di- vided into experimental group (immunosuppression+Mf and Mpi infection, n=24) and control groups (non-immunosuppres- sion+Mf infection, and normal group, .=31). Mice in experiment group were injected intraperitoneally with 0.3ml (6 x 108-9/ml) Mf or Mpi, the NS group was injected with 0.3ml sterile normal saline. The mortality rate was evaluated and serum samples were taken for cultivation of the mycoplasma. The expression of Fas/FasL in mice thymus was analyzed with immunohistochemistry. The ul- trastructural changes of thymus, heart, lung, liver and kidney were observed with electron microscopy. Results The mice in ex- perimental group all died (24/24) within 3-5 days after infection. The expression of Fas / FasL in thymocytes was high, which was consistent with the extent of damage in the heart, liver, lung and kidney. Conclusion The high expression of Fas/FasL in thymo- cytes is correlated with the multi-organ damage in Mf and Mpi infected mice,
