摘要
通过对稀土熔盐电解槽的各部分电压降的详细计算,针对计算现场生产运行电解槽,利用数字电压表对电解槽的结构电压进行测量,结果与计算结果一致,该电压降的计算方法可用新槽的设计计算;通过分析氟盐体系氧化物熔盐电解制取金属钕的3kA电解槽的电压平衡关系,提出了提高电压效率,降低电能消耗的措施,为大型稀土电解槽的开发提供参考。
The voltage drop of various parts of 3 kA Rare earth electrolytic cell was calculated by consulting relevant literatures, and the structure voltage of the cell in production site was measured with digital voltmeter. The two results were consistent. The result of the voltage balance was discussed and analyzed. It provided the ways to increase the voltage efficiency and reduce the power consumption. It is helpful for the development of large electrolytic cell.
