摘要
氧化苦参碱腹腔注射可明显抑制大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA),管内给药可显著抑制亲同种细胞抗体介导的肥大细胞脱颗粒;对反相皮肤过敏反应(RCA),Arthus反应及绵羊红细胞(SRB C)诱导的迟发型过敏反应(DTH)亦有显著抑制作用。
Oxymatrine was extracted from Radix sophorae flavescentis. Oxymatrine (60 mg/kg ip) significa-ntly inhibited 48 h homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) in rats. At concetration of 125,625 μmol/L, Oxymatrine decreased the degranulation rate of mast cells mediated by homocytotropic antibody. It showed a marked suppressive effect on reversed cutaneous anaphylaxis (RCA) and Arthus type reactivity in rats. It also inhibited delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) to sheep red blood cells (SRBC) in normal mice.
