摘要
通过对国内床垫企业进行调研并查询相关文献,提出了分区弹簧床垫的结构,并对其弹簧层、铺垫层和面料层的结构进行分析;以分区弹簧床垫和分区海绵床垫为例,分析了模块化在分区床垫中的应用。研究结果为分区弹簧床垫的设计提供理论基础。
Through surveying domestic mattress enterprise and querying relate literature, the construction of zoned spring mattress was proposed, and the construction of spring layer, sponge layer and fabric layer were analyzed. Taking zoned spring mattress and zoned sponge mattress for example, the application of modular de- sign in the zoned mattress was analyzed. The results provide a theo- retical basis for the design of zoned spring mattress.
