摘要
选取德国高速印刷机中凸轮-连杆组合机构为对象,对与其尺寸分析/综合有关的诸参数构造了生动直观、可计算机自动生成的系列图谱,据此直观揭示出各参数对机构尺寸分析/综合的影响,通过系列图谱的分析和计算机离散化搜索方法,最终可合理求解出机构的最优尺寸。给出了机构综合的一个算例。
By taking the cam-linkage combination mechanism of German high speed printing machine as an example, this paper constructs a series of vivid and intuitive as well as computer auto- matically generated atlases with respect to the parameters related to the synthesis of the mechanism. They reveal the effects of various parameters on the mechanism synthesis. Through analyzing the atla- ses and the method of computer discretization researching, the opti- mal size of the mechanism can be derived. Finally, a mechanism synthesis example is displayed.
