Design and Construction of Sliding Formwork for Water Inlet in Yunnan Longjiang Hydropower Station

摘要 云南龙江水电站进水口施工工期紧张、四面凌空、工序繁多,且作业高差大、质量要求高,现支模板施工不能满足施工进度要求。滑动模板施工具有施工速度快、机械化程度高、可节省支模和搭设脚手架所需的供料,并能较为方便地将模板进行拆散和灵活组装。龙江水电站进水口采用滑动模板施工,取得了速度快、质量优的良好效果。 As in Yunnan Longjiang Hydropower Station, the water inlet construction period is limited, construction site is high up in the air in four sides, construction procedures are complicated, operation altitude difference is large, and there is a high requirement for construction quality, the construction schedule requirements can't be satisfied in the way to construct by supporting formwork. Construction by sliding formwork has the advantages: there is high construction speed and high degree of mechanization; the materials required to support formwork and build scaffold can be saved; and the formwork can be dismounted and flexibly assembled conveniently. The sliding formwork is adopted in the water inlet construction of Longjiang Hydropower Station, so a good effect with high speed and quality is obtained.
