光纤传感光电检测的噪声分析与电路实现 被引量:4

摘要 光电检测与信号预处理对光纤传感系统至关重要,针对这一情况设计出低失真、低噪声的光电检测放大电路,并提出基于光纤光栅的解调电路。在理论分析的基础上,对多点光纤光栅进行光电检测实验,实验数据表明,设计出的光电检测电路在光纤光栅传感系统中具有良好的性能,该解调电路完全可以将光信号和电信号解调出来。 Photoelectric detection and signal pre-processing is essential for the fiber optic-sensor system. It is easy to design the low distortion, low noise amplifier circuit of photoelectric detection and come up with the demodulation circuit based on the optical fiber grating in view of the situation. And carry photoeleclTic detec- tion experiments on the more fiber grating on the basis of theoretical analysis,the experimental data shows that the design of photoelectric detection circuit in the fiber grating sensing system has good performance, and this demodulation circuit can completely demodulate optical signals and electric signals.
