摘要
采用室内生物测定的方法,分析了蓝桉成熟叶和枯落叶的水浸提液对紫茎泽兰种子萌发的影响,以期为紫茎泽兰的生物防治提供新途径。实验结果表明:成熟叶和枯落叶各浓度的水提液对紫茎泽兰种子萌发参数全部表现为抑制作用,并且随浓度增大抑制作用增强,当浓度为6、30g/L,与对照相比,全部达到差异极显著水平;通过对供体化感潜力的综合评价得知,两种蓝桉叶的水提液对紫茎泽兰的综合效应指数的绝对值都在40%左右,并且成熟叶要比枯落叶稍大一些。
By using the Bioassay method,this artilce carries on the water extract analysis of mature leaves and leaf litter of Eucalyptus globulus on the seed germination of Eupatorium adenophorum,in order to provide a new way for the biological control of E.adenophorum.The experimental results show that:the mature leaves and leaf litter concentrations of water extract on the seed germination parameters all show inhibiting effects,and the inhibiting effects increase with the rise of the concentration,and when the concentration is 6.30g /L,all the differences reach a very significant level ;through the comprehensive evaluation of the allelopathic potential donor,the absolute value of the combined effect index of two water extracts of Eucalyptus globulus leaves on Eupatorium is about 40%,and the mature leaves are slightly larger than the leaf litter.
