Optimization of Blasting Parameters in Huangmailing Open-pit Mine

摘要 黄麦岭露天矿爆破采用逐孔起爆技术,生产过程中存在大块率高、根底多等问题,需要对爆破工艺进行优化。通过研究逐孔起爆技术的机理和分析影响爆破效果的因素,并结合矿山的地质条件,对底盘抵抗线、孔网参数、超深以及微差时间等爆破参数进行了优化,优化后的多次爆破试验结果表明,矿石大块率降为0,难爆岩体大块率降到2.5%以下,爆破块度均匀,爆破质量明显改善。 Hole-by-hole blasting technique has been applied in Huangmailing open-pit mine. There are such problems as high boulder yield, frequent toe rock and so on in the process of production, so the optimization of blasting technology is nec- essary in this mine. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of hole-by-hole blasting and factors affecting blasting effect, and according to the geological conditions of the mine, such blasting parameters as toe burden, hole-pattern parameters, subdrilling and delay time interval were optimized. The re- sults of blasting experiment with the optimized blasting pa- rameters showed that boulder yield was reduced to zero, for hard rock mass being difficult to be blasted the boulder yield was reduced to less than 2.5%, the blasting fragmentation sizewas uniform, the blasting quality was obviously im- proved.
