摘要
为提高某露天-地下开采矿山边坡的稳定性,针对降低台阶高度问题,从理论分析、FLAC3D软件数值模拟、边坡加固设计经济性比较和现场应用4个方面进行了探索研究,结果表明,自重条件下10m和20m高度台阶的安全系数分别为0.96和0.89,岩体侧向位移量分别为13.5mm和18.1mm,前者安全性较好,岩移幅度较小,更有利于该矿山露天边坡的稳定,且每米台阶高度还可节省支护成本9.3元,减少边坡剥岩量215.5万m3,可产生直接经济效益3879万元。
To improve stability of the slope in a combined open pit and underground mine, exploratory research of re- ducing bench height was carried out from four aspects of the- oretical analysis, numerical simulation with FLAC3D, eco- nomic comparison of reinforcement design and field applica- tion. The results showed that when bench height were 10 m and 20 m the safety factor of slope were 0.96 and 0.89 re- spectively, the lateral displacement of rock mass were 13.5 mm and 18.1 mm. The former was in a better safety state with less rock displacement margin, favorable to the slope stability, and it could save supporting cost 9.3 yuan per me- ter in bench height. In practice, the slope stripping has beenreduced by amount 2155 thousand cubic meters, with direct economic benefits 38.79 million yuan.
