摘要
铁矿尾矿的综合利用具有良好的经济效益和环境效益,越来越受到企业重视。某公司铁矿尾矿经进一步细磨至-0.045mm占85%,铁矿物充分解离后,利用0.22T弱磁选可分选出品位65.24%、回收率为30.25%的磁铁矿精矿;尾矿再经过0.6T强磁选可以得到品位50.03%、回收率36.21%的赤铁矿精矿。选铁后的最终尾矿用于加气混凝土砌块的生产,能制备B07级优等品砌块,实现了尾矿的完全利用。
The comprehensive utilization of iron tailings has been valued by enterprises more and more because of the good economic and environmental benefit. The iron tailings from some company ground to the fineness -0. 045 mm 85%, under which the iron minerals are liberated fully, and then the magnetite concentrate with the grade of Fe 65.24% and recovery 30.25 % can be attained by weak magnetic sep- aration with the magnetic field intensity 0.22 T. The tailings of the weak magnetic separation is processed by high intensi- ty magnetic separation with the magnetic field intensity 0.6 T, and a hematite concentrate containing Fe 50. 03% with the recovery of 36.21% can be obtained. The final tailings can be used to produce superior aerated concrete block of class B07, which can fulfill the completely utilization of the tailings.
