摘要
广西某铁闪锌矿为超高铁闪锌矿,磁黄铁矿含量高。在矿石性质及浮锌抑硫试验基础上,进行预先脱硫-浮锌试验。结果表明:采用"预先脱硫-浮锌"流程方案获得了更好的分选指标,在原矿锌品位为12.47%时,锌精矿品位为49.62%,锌回收率为93.25%,优于"抑硫浮锌"流程的试验指标,达到了试验预期效果。
Some ultrahigh-grade marmatite from Guangxi has high pyrrhotite content. Based on analysis of the ore proper- ties and the experiment of floating zinc and depressing sul- fur, the "pre-desulfurization-floating zinc" experiment of the marmatite was carried out, and better separation indexes were obtained, when the zinc grade of the raw ore was 12.47 %, the zinc content of zinc concentrate was 49.62 %, with the recovery of 93. 25 %, which were better than the separation indexes of " suppressing sulfur -floating Zinc" process.
