摘要
通过对工艺流程、药剂制度、矿浆浓度、加药系统的改进和职工操作技能的培训等措施,冷水白钨选矿厂粗选回收率由最初生产调试时的59.17%提高到目前的76%以上;粗精矿品位也从调试时的1.089%提高到目前的1.5%,各项指标的明显上升显著提高了企业的经济效益。
By improving technological process, reagent re- gime, pulp density, dosing system and training worker in operant skill, the roughening recovery of scheelite was in- creased form the 59. 17% in first production trial to over 76% at the present, and the grade of rough concentrate also was raised from 1. 089% to 1. 5% accordingly in Lengshui scheelite concentrating plant. The obvious increase of vari- ous indexes has remarkably improved the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
