摘要
科教融合,强调的是教学与科研的有机结合,通过对二者在资源与政策上的协调与平衡,以和谐共进的方式提升人才培养的效果和效率。正是基于这样的框架与思路,东北财经大学会计学硕士学术实验班在不断摸索中实践着科教融合导向下的人才培养模式。本文从会计学硕士研究生学术实验班建设的概况出发,阐述了学术实验班建设中科教融合的方式和方案,并指出了科教融合导向下学术实验班建设中尚待解决的问题。
The integration between teaching and research focuses on the dynamic combination of teaching and research so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent training by balancing the input of resources and policies on teaching and research. the pilot class in master of accounting at dongbei university of finance and economics has been developing under this framework. this paper provides the overview of the construction of this pilot class and explains the related approaches, program and problems to be solved.
