Team building is an important part of the human resource management of corporation. The activities of quality control circle are widespread at many corporations in china, which have created good work circumstances and economic benefits for the corporations. Based on the characteristic and actuality of qc activities in specific corporations, qc activity can be combined with team building. Team building will be strengthened with the qc activity. So team building application will develop strong team spirit and foster core competitiveness.
