摘要
本文首先对PDCA的涵义进行了一番论述,其次,简述了建筑安全管理的特点,最后,着重对PDCA循环的操作过程和方法进行了详细的分析与研究,以供参考。
In this paper, the meaning of the pdca was discussed firstly, and then the characteristics of construction safety management was sketched, finally, the operatonal process and methods of the pdca cycle was made detailed analysis and research, for reference.
