摘要
目的探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入治疗白内障高度近视的临床效果。方法选择44例73眼白内障合并高度近视患者，采用小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入治疗，分析术中相关情况．术后患者视力恢复以及并发症发生情况。结果本组手术时间为15～35min，术中患者生命体征平稳，出院时仅2眼出现术后黄斑变性，视力在0．2以上者70眼（95．9％），视力超过0．5者51眼（69．9％），术后3眼（4．1％）出现后囊膜破裂，1眼（1．4％）出现玻璃体脱出，术后角膜水肿者11眼（15．1％）。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入治疗白内障高度近视术后恢复快，手术效果佳，术后并发症少。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of extracapsular cataract extraction combined lntraocmar tens implantation with small incision on cataract complicatingexcessive myopia. Methods A total of 44 cases of patients （73 eyes） with extracapsular cataract extraction combined intraocular lens implantation, all patients taken therapia with extracapsular cataract extraction combined intraocular lens implantation with small incision, condition during operations, rehabilitation of visual acuity and complication in postoperations were analyzed. Results Operation time was 15- 35 min, vital sign was stabile during operations, there was only two eyes that was degeneration of macula in postoperation,there was 70 eyes （95.9%） that visual acuity was superior to 0.2,51 eyes（69.9%） that visual acuity was superior to 0.5,there was 3 eyes（4.1%） that was posterior capsular rupture, there was 1 eye （1.4%） that was vitreous body emersion and l l eyes （15.1%） was corneal edema. Conclusion Extracapsular cataract extraction combined intraocular lens im-plantation with small incision on cataract complicatingexcessive myopia has good curative effect and fast rehabilitation, and postoperative complications is minor.
