摘要
目的探讨项目导向教学法在内科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法分析2011年入学的本校538名护理专业学生,随机分为观察组283名,应用项目导向教学法进行教学,对照组255名给予常规教学法。评估学生学习效果满意度、护理程序完全掌握、护理实践能力、危急事件处理能力比较。比较两组考试合格率。结果观察组和对照组学习效果满意度(89.0%对63.1%)、护理程序完全掌握(94.0%对87.5%)、护理实践能力(96.5%对58.0%)、危急事件处理能力(91.5%对25.9%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。教学2个月后的考试成绩,观察组与对照组分别为82.7%与76.5%及格,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学4个月后的考试成绩,观察组与对照组分别为92.9%与87.1%及格,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科护理学教学中应用项目导向教学法能提高课堂教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of "Project oriented teaching method" teaching mode in teaching medical nursing. Methods Five hundred and thirty-eight students of nursing major from our school were analyzed. All students were divided into observation group (283 cases) who used project oriented teaching method, and control group (255 cases) who used routine teaching method. Two groups were discharged on degree of satisfaction of learning effect, perfect oneself in nursing process, ability of nursing practice and contrast on the ability of crisis event handling. Exam pass rates were contrasted between two groups. Results The differences of degree of satisfaction of learning effect (89.0% vs 63.1%), perfect oneself in nursing process (94.0% vs 87.5%), ability of nursing practice (96.5% vs 58.0%), contrast on the ability of crisis event handling (91.5% vs 25.9%) between two groups were statistically significant (P 〈 0.005). There were 82.7% and 76.5%, 92.9% and 87.1% exam pass rate after 2 and 4 months of teaching in observation group and control group, respectively, there were significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of project oriented teaching method in medical nursing can improve the effect of classroom teaching.
