摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗外伤性癫痫的效果。方法将本院收治的80例外伤性癫痫患者分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗方法,对照组采用西医治疗,比较两组疗效以及治疗前后癫痫发作频率与持续时间。结果治疗组总有效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组总有效率(72.50%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组癫痫发作频率和持续时间改善情况明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗外伤性癫痫疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine for traumatic epilepsy. Methods Eighty patients with traumatic epilepsy in our hospital were divided into the treatment group （40 cases）, who treated by combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine and the control group （40 cases）, who treated by Western medicine. Therapeutic effects, seizure frequency and duration were compared before and after treatment were observed. Results The total efficiency of treatment group （97.50%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （72.50%）, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Seizure frequency and duration of the treatment group improvement were significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine for traumatic epilepsy is effective and worthy of promotion selection.
