简单介绍了工程量清单计价模式下采用合理低价中标法的背景,针对采用合理低价中标法评价的关键问题进行了分析,总结归纳了采用该方法评标对投标企业的要求,包括提高施工技术管理水平,建立企业定额和诚信的企业文化三方面内容,对促进合理低价中标法的推广具有积极意义。
The paper introduces the background of the reasonable and low-price bidding method under valuation with bill of quantity, analyzes the key problems for the evaluation of the reasonable and low-price bidding method, sums up the requirements of using the method for the bidding enterprises, including the management of the construction technique, the establishment of enterprise quota, and the honest enterprise culture, so as to have the positive meaning for the extension of the reasonable and low-price bidding method.
