摘要
以云南万兴隆项目的工程概算为例,分析了景观项目的实际成本超出概算的原因,探讨了如何合理开发和控制项目预算,并提出了推行限额设计、加强审核的决算控制概算的对策建议,指出其对投资、控制的重要意义。
Taking the engineering budget of Yunnan Wanxinglong project as an example, the paper analyzes the causes of actual landscape project cost exceeding budget, explores how to rationally develop and control project budget, and puts forward countermeasures of applying quota design to control budget, and finally points out its significant meaning for investment.
