摘要
针对建设项目造价管理与控制中存在的问题,提出实现全过程造价管理与控制的对策建议,总结了在决策、设计、施工、竣工等阶段造价管理和控制的具体措施,以达到控制工程造价的目的,提高建设项目投资效益。
In light of problems existing in building project cost management and control, the paper puts forward countermeasures of whole process cost management and control, and summarizes specific cost management and control measures at phases of decision making, design, construction and completion, with a view to control engineering cost and improve building project investment benefit.
