摘要
基于我国沿海地区大直径盾构隧道的结构形式,根据接头实际受力特点,运用理论分析方法提出了大直径盾构隧道接头的抗弯刚度计算公式,并将其计算结果与上海盾构隧道接头抗弯试验结果进行了分析对比,结果表明本计算结果与试验值具有良好的吻合性。通过对目前几种常用管片、接头受力分析模型进行的比较也显示,此抗弯刚度计算方法运用到梁-弹簧模型中能够较好地预测与评价我国沿海地区大直径盾构隧道管片、接头的受力特点,对管片、接头结构设计有一定的参考价值。
Considering the structure of a large-diameter shield tunnel and the characteristics of the force applied on its joint, this retical analy paper presents the calculated formula of flexural rigidity of the segment joint that was established by theo- sis and then compared to the measured force of the Shanghai shield tunnel. The results showed that the calculations are in agreement with the experimental values. Several common computation models for force analysis of segments and joints are compared, with the results indicating that the application of the above mentioned formula to a beam-spring model with appropriate joint rigidity can accurately predict the mechanic characteristics of segments and joints and allow for their evaluation.
