摘要
应用高压液相色谱法测定十种大黄属植物:滇边大黄、水黄、小大黄、疏枝大黄、拉萨大黄天山大黄、掌叶大黄和唐古特大黄以及两种待鉴定的大黄的根和根茎中番泻甙A(Sennoside A,SA)、大黄酸-8-葡萄糖甙(Rhein-8-O-β-D-glucoside,R8 G)、大黄酸甙(Rheinoside)A、C、D(RA,RC,RD)等五种蒽甙的含量。该研究结果对藏医用大黄的品质评价和开发利用大黄属植物资源均有实际意义。
The contents of five anthraglucosides, viz. sennoside A, rhein-8-O-β-D-glucoside, rheinoside A,C, and D present in the root and rhizome of ten Rheum species produced in Sichuan and XinjiangProvince were determined by a HPLC method. The result showed that the samples of two rhubarbs of unknown species have the highest contentof total anthraglucosides, the sample of Rheum lhasaense, R. palmatum and R. tanguticum comes thenext, but the R. pamilum has the lowest content of total anthraglucosides. Two rhubarbs of unknownspecies and R. lhasaense have the highest content of rheinoside D. it is the highest content in allrhubarbs analyzed. R. pamilum does not contain rheinoside A and sennoside A, and the contents ofothe anthraglucosides are also much lower than that in other nine rhubarbs, R. alexandrae does notcontain any rhein-8-O-β-D-glucoside and sennoside A. R. wittrochii does not contain rheinoside A,but, the contents of rhein-8-O-β-D-glucoside and sennoside A are much lower than that in othernine rhubarbs. The contents of sennoside A in R. palmatum and R. tanguticum are much higherthan that in other rhubarbs, two rhubarbs of unknown species almost does not contain rheinoside Aand sennoside A. R. kialense and R. delavayi contain five anthraglucosides, and the contents of totalanthraglucosides are higher than that in R. pamilum and R. alexandrae, but lower than that in otherrhubarbs.
