A Review of the Courtroom Discourse Study at Home and abroad

摘要 论文首先对国内外法庭话语的研究历程进行了简要的概述和总结,指出法庭话语的研究经历了从形式到过程再到工具的三个发展阶段,最后指出目前法庭话语研究中存在的问题,并对未来研究进行了展望。 This article starts with a general overview of the courtroom discourse study at home and abroad, stating that the courtroom study can be diachronically divided into three periods： the study on form and structure, the study on interaction, the study on power as a tool, and then it points out the existing problems in the study. Finally, the article gives some directions for future study.
