摘要
以麦芽糊精和辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯为载体材料,利用喷雾干燥法制备以天然抗氧化剂茶多酚、番茄红素、迷迭香为芯材的缓释微胶囊,采用HPLC法检测抗氧化剂体外释放量,根据零级动力学、一级动力学模型、Higuchi模型等3种模型分别对微胶囊的体外释放进行拟合,进而研究微胶囊的体外释放动力学,以期得到合适的动力学拟合模型。结果表明:零级拟合方程更能反映体外释放行为,微胶囊释放曲线与零级释放方程拟合的相关系数R为0.982 8。
Maltodextrin and Octenyl succinic starch ester were carrier materials in this study. The natural antiox- idants, such as Tea polyphenols, Lycopene and Rosemary were prepared by spray drying and the release data of these antioxidants in vitro were analyzed by HPLC. The release data of microcapsules were fitted with three model equations - zero order release equation, first order release equation, and Higuchi release equation, and then the release kinetics were studied,to obtain suitable kinetic model. The results showed that release behavior in vitro were reflected very well by zero order release equation and R = 0. 982 8.
