摘要
我国生物质能资源比较丰富。本文针对适合我国农村家用的上吸式气化炉燃烧器的控制系统进行设计,并提出了一种基于STC单片机的上吸式生物质气化炉控制系统的设计,给出了系统硬件和软件设计方法,实现了配风、配氧、点火、下料等功能的自动控制,大大解决了手动控制的缺点,方便了用户操作,对推动新农村建设具有广泛的意义。
Biomass energy resources are abundant in China.In this paper the author make a design of control system for Biomass Gasifier Suction Style which is suitable for China's rural household.And put forward a design of control system for Biomass Gasifier Suction Style based on STC,the system of hardware and software are designed.The result show that the system has realized the automatic control with the functions of wind,oxygen,ignition and filling.It greatly solves the shortcomings of manual control.It makes convenient for the users,promotes the development of the new rural construction and has the extensive significance.
