摘要
设计了基于MSP430的数据采集终端装置,采用小型PLC控制技术、变频调速技术实现了闸站的闸门启闭控制。基于GPRS/GSM混合无线通讯方式实现了远程控制和监测数据采集。本文介绍了系统的工作原理,并对其进行了总体设计和系统硬件设计。经调试运行证明,该系统方案可行,且易于实现。该方法能有效提高农业水网中闸站的工作可靠性及自动化程度,具有普遍意义。
In order to advance the working dependability and automatization degree,this paper puts forward a plan of distributed monitoring system in agricultural water network floodgate station,with MSP430-based data collection terminals and controlling system based on small PLC and frequency control technology.The remote communication is designed with GPRS/GSM network.The paper introduces the working principles and the logical process of this system,and it also provides with the overall design and the design of system hardware.The programme of control system has been edited and debugged,and the system has run successfully.The project of system is proved to be feasible and easy to be realized.The method is general and can be used widely.
