摘要 钢丝绳在使用过程中会因疲劳、锈蚀和磨损等原因产生断丝、截面积损失等缺陷,如不及时发现将直接威胁到生产安全。文章侧重信号分析处理这一课题并展开研究,开发出基于漏磁检测原理的缺陷信号分析处理方法。通过多霍尔元件阵列组合检测法以及漏磁信号的特征,运用小波变换理论对缺陷信号进行分解与重构,提取缺陷信号特征值,并针对缺陷信号进行定量识别。试验表明,该信号处理技术对断丝信号达到了较好的准判率,取得了较明显的效果,在实际应用中有较强的可行性。 The steel rope in application would have broken wire, cross section area lost and other defects due to the fatigue, corrosion, abrasion and other causes. If those defects not timely found, those defects would directly threaten the production safety and would be important hidden danger affected to the safety production. Base on the signal analysis, the paper handled the program and the study was conducted. Base on the magnetic flux leakage detection principle, the defect signal analysis and treatment method was developed. With the multi Hall element array combined detection method and the magnetic flux leakage signal features, the wavelet transform theory was applied to the resolution and reconstruction of the defected signals and to extract the feature value of the defected signals. A quantitative identification was conducted on the defected signals. The tests showed that the signal treatment technology could have a good judgment rate of the broken wire signal with obvious effect and have a high feasibility of the actual applications.
