摘要
论述了《钢筋机械连接接头通用技术规程》(JGJ1 0 7- 96) (以下简称“规程”)与《镦粗直螺纹钢筋接头》(JG/T 30 57- 1 999) (以下简称“标准”)二者形式检验的内容、加载方式、性能检验指标的异同点 ,并进一步讨论了应如何看待二者间的不同点 ,论证了其合理性。还涉及了钢筋镦粗直螺纹接头脆断问题 ,分析了原因 ,并提出了质量控制建议。
This paper describes the similarities and differences of the contents of type testings,loadings and performance testing indexes in the “Regulation”(JGJ 107-96) and the “Standard” (JG/T 3057-1999);it discusses further how to deal with the differences between the two and demonstrates their rationality. The brittle fracture problem of the upsetting straight thread joint for a rebar is also involved with its causes analyzed; and finally some recommendations are proposed for quality control.
