养护温度对高掺量粉煤灰水泥浆体水化的影响 被引量:10

摘要 从胶凝材料的水化程度、浆体孔结构以及水化产物的角度出发,研究温度发展历程对高掺量粉煤灰水泥浆体的作用机理.结果显示:采用温度匹配养护后,前期粉煤灰反应程度和浆体的碱含量消耗加快,而后期影响较小;水化产物较标准养护方式无论从形貌上还是成分上都有一定区别,但随着龄期发展,这种区别逐渐变小;温度匹配养护方式对高掺量粉煤灰水泥浆体孔结构的优化有利. For studying the hydration mechanism under temperature match curing, a series of experiments were carried out to investigate the degree of reaction of fly ash, pore structure and hydration products of the cement paste with high volume of fly ash at different curing age. Results indicate that compared with standard curing, the degree of reaction of fly ash and quantity of consumed alkali metal are higher under temperature match curing at early age, but the difference is lessened at late age. Also, pore structure of the cement paste with high volume of fly ash is optimized and hydration products are different in composi- tion and morphology under temperature match curing, but the difference gradually disappears with long term hydration.
