摘要
通过分析现行的“包烧制”供热弊端 ,说明实现用热按户计量与收费的意义 .并对有关的计量方法、原理、相应的供热方案进行了介绍和分析 .
This paper reveals the significance of heating cost allocation for unit by discussing the shortcomings of current heating systems, also introduces and analyses the heat metering principles with some options.
