摘要
目的：为厚朴药材质量评价、遗传改良、产区区划提供理论依据。方法：全面总结作者长期从事厚朴质量研究成果，并系统查阅了国内外近１０年来的相关文献资料。结论与结果：系统地介绍了影响厚朴药材质量的因素和要素，厚朴药材“道地性”的本质和科学内涵，并提出了厚朴遗传改良的程序和方法。
With a view to laying a theoretical foundation for quality evaluation. genetic improvement and planning of production areas in Magnolis officinalis, authors systematically introduce. on the basis of a long -- term study and references that have been published within a decade, factors and elements influencing bark quality and nature and scientific connotation of genuineness in Magnolis officinalis and put forward a procedure and nethods for genetic improvement of Magnolis officinalis.
