摘要
目的：探讨早期拔除尿管对骨折术后患者自主排尿的影响。方法：选取骨折术后留置尿管患者170例,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组各85例。实验组在术后12 h内常规训练后拔除尿管,对照组在术后24~48 h内常规训练后拔除尿管。比较两组患者拔除尿管后自主排尿情况。结果：实验组自主排尿成功率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,差异具有统计学意义。结论：早期拔除尿管能够减轻对泌尿系统的刺激,促进患者自主排尿。
Objective：Fracture of early catheter removal after spontaneous voiding of the impact of.Method： Fractures in patients with indwelling catheter selected 170 cases were randomly divided into experimental and control group of 85 cases.Experimental group within 12 hours after catheter removal after conventional training,the control group after 24 to 48 hours after catheter removal for regular training.Two groups were compared in patients with self-voiding after catheter removal.Results： Experimental group was significantly higher success rate of self-voiding,P0.01,statistically significant difference.Conclusion：Early removal of urinary catheter can reduce the stimulation of spontaneous urination.
