摘要
体育教师是学校体育工作的指导者、组织者、管理者和实施者 ,学校体育工作的好坏 ,很大程度上取决于体育教师素质的高低 ,因此对体育教师的培养显得尤为重要。本文主要针对 2 1世纪中学体育教师的培养规格进行探讨 ,旨在培养出符合 2 1世纪社会需要的合格的高质量的中学体育教师 ,从而更好地推动学校体育的发展 ,实现学校体育的目标。
PE teacher is the director,organizer,supervisor and executor of PE in school.The quality of PE in school depends to a great extent on the competence of PE teacher,therefore,the training of PE teachers acquires special importance.This essay mainly discusses about 21th century' s training norms of PE teacher in middle school,aiming at training highly qualified and competent PE teacher in middle school to meet social needs,propel the development of PE in school and realize its goals.
