温州城市土壤中迁移毒性态汞的污染状况

摘要 [目的]调查温州城市土壤中迁移毒性态汞污染水平。[方法]以盐酸和乙醇为浸提剂浸提土壤中汞,采用原子荧光分光光度法测定浸提液中无机汞含量,溴化剂氧化后测试总汞含量,差值后得到有机汞含量。[结果]无机汞含量最高的区域是鹿城工业区,含量为0.018 4 mg/kg,住宅区、风景区相对较小;而有机汞和总浸提态汞含量分布状况均表现为商业区>文教区>风景区>工业区>住宅区;除了鹿城工业区,其他区域样品有机汞含量均大于无机汞含量。[结论]温州城市土壤中全汞含量超出国家标准规定的自然背景值。迁移毒性态汞主要由有机汞决定。 [Objective] To investigate the pollution of mobile and toxic mercury in soils from Wenzhou City.[Method] Hydrochloric acid and ethanol were used to extract mercury from soils.The extractable inorganic mercury was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.Total mercury of the extract was detected after extract being oxidized by bromating agent.Total mercury reduced the inorganic mercury and the remaining is organic mercury.[Result] The results showed that the highest content of soil inorganic mercury present to industrial areas,the maximum is 0.018 4 mg/kg in Lucheng industrial area,and the sample in residential areas and scenic shows relatively low level.The organic mercury of all samples except Lucheng have higher level than the inorganic mercury.The regularities of distribution of organic mercury and migration toxicity of mercury were business areasculture and education areasscenic areas industrial areasresidential areas.[Conclusion] Total mercury in urban soils from Wenzhou exceeded the national background values.Organic mercury of mobile and toxic mercury in soils from Wenzhou City is dominant.
