摘要
教育心理学中将“一种学习对另一种学习产生影响”称之为“学习迁移”。在形成和掌握各种运动技能过程中，先前学过的动作和现在学的某些动作往往会发生相互促进作用，此为正迁移（简称迁移）：发生消极、干扰作用的，为负迁移（干扰）。体育教学中，应尽可能促进正迁移的实现。避免、防止负迁移的消极影响，这对提高教学效果无疑有着十分重要的作用。
The phenomenon that'one learning effects another'is called 'learning transfer'in educational psychology. In the process of people'sforming and mastering all kinds of skills in sports,the former exercise and the present exercise will usually help each other forward,which is called positive transfer (for short: transfer). If they have negative or disturbing effect, It is called negative transfer (or disturbance). In sports teaching,we should avoid or prevent the negative effect from negative transfer,which is very important to improve the teaching effect.
