摘要
采用纳氏试剂光度法测定水中氨氮含量时 ,显色时间与环境温度对测定结果有决定性的影响。分析 结果表明 :在西宁地区 ,最佳显色时间为 10— 30′、最佳温度为 2 0— 2 5℃。
When measuring the content of N in the form of NH 3 or HN + 4 in water by the method of Nessler reagent luminosity,the developing time and environmental temperature have the key influence on the measurement.Results:in Xining,the optimum developing time is 10-30 minutes;the optimum temperature is 20-25℃
